**Please view my policy here or at checkout under my cancellation policy!** Hello everyone! My name is Kierston and I am a Newton NC based nail technician specializing in Gel and Acrylic nails. I offer multiple services for the natural nail as well as extensions so you can have the perfect set that best fits your lifestyle. My mission is to have all of my clients walk out feeling beautiful and confident with their new set of nails. Before booking, please review my policy as well as sending me a picture of your nail inspo so I can assist with the booking process. Here is my policy: 1.You must message me before booking so I can see your nail inspo and assist with the booking process. This is to ensure you book for the proper amount of time for the design you are requesting. 2.I DO NOT offer soak-offs or fill-ins (back fills) on someone else's work. This ensures that you are receiving the best quality nails I can offer. Please come to your first appointment with bare nails. 3.A $15 non-refundable deposit is required before booking the appointment. This can be moved if you need to reschedule ONE time. After that you will need to pay a new deposit. 4.Please be punctual! There is a 10 minute grace period, but after 10 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. 5.24 hour notice is required before canceling your appointment. If you do not communicate with me that you cannot make your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost with the card that you booked with. 6.Please only 1 additional guest unless they are getting a service due to limited space. 7.I do not work on split or damaged nails. Please contact me if you are questioning it. 8.All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds. 9.Accepted methods of payment include: Apple pay, Card or Cash. Please have exact change if paying with cash. 10.Friendly Reminder: These policies are in place for everyone and will be enforced. This ensures that your appointment goes smoothly.
